1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the online service ZUGFeRD-Bereit (zugferd-bereit.de), operated by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Taunusanlage 8, 60329 Frankfurt am Main.

2. Description of Services

ZUGFeRD-Bereit provides an online service for creating ZUGFeRD-compliant electronic invoices in ZUGFeRD 2.4 / Factur-X 1.0.8 format. The service includes manual entry of invoice data, uploading existing invoices for conversion, and batch processing via CSV/Excel files.

3. Prices and Payment

Current prices are available on our website. The free plan allows up to 3 invoices per day. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are subject to applicable VAT.

4. Liability

Invoices generated through our service are created to the best of our knowledge and belief. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data. No liability is assumed for the tax-law recognition of the generated invoices. We recommend having the conformity of invoices reviewed by a tax advisor.

5. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, insofar as legally permissible. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
