3. Processing of Invoice Data
When you use our ZUGFeRD generator, your invoice data is processed exclusively to perform the conversion and provide the result. Source files and conversion results are stored pseudonymously: for 7 days in guest mode and for 90 days when using a registered account. They are then deleted automatically. You may request earlier deletion at any time via support@zugferd-bereit.de.
2. Data Collection on Our Website
Technically necessary server logs are created when the website is accessed. Based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Umami and PostHog are loaded only after you agree, to measure page views, product journeys, and errors. URL parameters, filenames, email addresses, and invoice content are not sent to these analytics services. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the privacy settings.

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time.
